14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original packaging
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Include proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Pack Your Item
Securely package the item to avoid damage in transit. Otherwise we will have to decline the returned item. -
Send It Back
You’ll receive the return address and an RMA number once your request is approved. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or product? Just contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange (subject to availability and all above rules).
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
